Integration Hub Expansion
AI Workflow Blueprints introduce an easier and more efficient way to start automation inside Flowix. Instead of building everything from scratch, teams can now choose from a collection of pre-built automation templates designed for common business workflows. Each blueprint is enhanced by AI, which automatically adjusts steps based on your connected apps, data sources, and team structure.
These blueprints are not static templates — they are dynamic, intelligently adaptive workflows. Once a user selects a blueprint, Flowix analyzes their tool connections (like Slack, Gmail, Notion, CRM, or databases) and automatically recommends the best triggers, actions, and logic steps to include. This reduces setup time dramatically, especially for teams without technical background.
After selecting a blueprint, users can easily customize each part of it. They can add new steps, remove unnecessary actions, modify AI conditions, insert approval systems, or adjust branching logic — all within the same visual canvas. Blueprints solve the “blank canvas problem” and help teams get started with automation instantly.

Unified Integration Hub
The Unified Integration Hub brings all Flowix app connections together into a single, clean interface. Previously, integrations were spread across multiple settings screens, making them harder to manage. With this update, users can view, install, and monitor every connected tool — CRMs, communication apps, storage systems, and internal APIs — from one centralized panel.
Each integration now includes clearer status indicators such as connection health, last sync, error alerts, and a list of workflows that depend on it. If a token expires or permissions change, Flowix provides real-time warnings and guided fixes so users can resolve issues without leaving the dashboard.
We also improved the authorization process, allowing non-technical team members to connect tools more easily. With the updated experience, teams can maintain a stable and fully connected automation environment without needing engineering support.

Developer Console & SDK v2
The new Developer Console and SDK v2 transform Flowix into a more complete development platform. The console provides real-time insights into events, logs, and API calls generated by running workflows. This makes debugging significantly easier and gives developers full visibility into how their automations behave behind the scenes.
Alongside the console, SDK v2 introduces typed responses, improved error messages, new event triggers, and updated utilities that help developers build custom integrations faster. The updated sandbox mode allows safe local testing without affecting production workflows, enabling experimentation and iteration with zero risk.
This update is especially valuable for teams who want to connect Flowix with internal systems, private APIs, or advanced proprietary tools. With SDK v2, Flowix becomes a flexible automation layer that can extend deeper into any technical environment.

Adaptive Security & Access Controls
Adaptive Security & Access Controls enhance how teams manage workflow permissions and system protection in Flowix. As organizations grow, different teams require different levels of access. This update introduces more granular roles that let admins define exactly who can create, edit, execute, or approve workflows.
Flowix now automatically detects unusual activity, such as repeated workflow edits, access from new devices, or high-risk actions. These events are logged in an improved audit trail showing detailed information such as user identity, time, IP address, and affected workflows. Additional protections like MFA enforcement and IP restrictions can be configured directly from the workspace settings.
These changes make Flowix safer for organizations that rely on sensitive or business-critical automations. Teams can collaborate more confidently knowing that their workflows are locked behind strong, adaptive security.
